Real Estate Developers E&O
Primary Limits
- Up to $3 million
- Companies with revenues up to $50 million in professional fees and up to $500 million in annual construction value development
Excess Limits
- Up to $5 million
- Companies with revenues up to $100 million in professional fees and up to $1 billion in annual construction value development
Manufacturers E&O
- Coverage is available for firms with revenues up to $250 million
- Limits of Liability up to $3 million
Miscellaneous Services E&O
- Coverage is available for firms with $2 million or more in revenue
- Limits of Liability up to $5 million
Excess E&O
- Firms with excess Insurance Agents E&O, Real Estate Agents E&O, Miscellaneous Services E&O and Accountants E&O insurance needs
- Preferably firms with $2 million or more in revenue
- Limits of Liability up to $5 million
